Real-time TouchDesigner visuals for a Jackson Guitars commercial shoot on a 7x4M LED volume stage in London. Audio-reactive generative abstract and minimalist visuals in black and white.
Built a modular TD network with 12 effect patches fed by a shared video mixer. Audio analysis drives both the internal reactivity of each patch and the switching between them — with manual override available on set. A timecoded layer triggers specific patches at key moments in the track.
A second iteration of the network used a live handheld camera feed with Optical Flow to isolate movement and avoid feedback artifacts on the LED wall — allowing the modified and distorted stream to be reprojected in the background.
Delivered both a real-time system for the shoot and final rendered output.
